We are now looking for you who want to become a Real Estate Owner Support Agent in our B2C Operations team within Fixed B2C Delivery & Operations.

This is how you will make a difference with us

As a REO Support Agent, you will work operationally with the daily tasks in a team currently consisting of 6 employees. Together with your team, you will assist our property owners, housing associations, and network owners when they have questions, primarily via phone and email, regarding their contracts for Fiber-LAN/Cable TV/Open Networks, their invoices, or various property services.

Furthermore, you will support our sales organization consisting of AM & KAM when it comes to various questions regarding ongoing negotiations or new sales within B2B Sales.

You are responsible for independently coaching the customer and doing your utmost to solve the customer's problems in an efficient and systematic way. You convey positive energy in customer conversations, are service-oriented, and attentive to the customer's needs. The work is complex and conducted in many different systems, and it is important that you enjoy taking a lot of responsibility and making your own decisions.

You likely have extensive experience in customer service where you have demonstrated good results. If you have previous experience with Fiber-LAN, Cable TV, and open networks, it is highly meritorious. Furthermore, we believe you are social and contribute to a good atmosphere and a positive climate both in the workgroup and with our customers.
